Shopping in Buenos Aires can be a daunting experience for the well-seasoned local veteran shopper.  For the newcomer, it can be overwhelming.  Buenos Aires' shopping locations are numerous and there are specific areas for particular shopping needs depending on the item(s) sought. 

 

We can offer you assistance in taking you to the best locations with the highest quality products at the right price and you can rest assured you will be well taken care of as our shopping assistants are all native Spanish speaker familiar with the particulars of shopping in Buenos Aires. 

 

For instance, were you aware that many of the shopping areas are concentrated on avenues like Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes downtown, Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano, and Avenida Cordoba in Palermo Viejo. 

 

Often times, Buenos Aires has certain areas for specific items that are typically not well-known within the tourist community.  For instance, there is one block in Centro to find the best deals on cameras and photographic supplies;  there is a block in Once to purchase electrical transformers;  Barrio Chino is the best place to purchase herbs.... Do you know where the best street fairs are?  The very best farmer's markets?   The outlet shopping district? 

 

The commercial schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Shopping malls typically are open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm. However, one rule you must learn to abide by in Buenos Aires is that there often times are no rules, no set schedules.
